I have tried to use a couple of sets of Golds incremental weights which some of the lads in my local gym had with them. Unfortunately, my wrists and ankles are too slim and they just slide up and down on me. Some of the other women there say they have had the same problem. It's a shame, because I would love to be able to use them.
