I don't have a Paypal account - can I pay by credit/debit card?
Absolutely. You needn't have a Paypal account, or create one, in order to submit payment. Most users will be taken immediately to a page requesting their card details.
If instead you are taken to a page asking you to log in to Paypal, simply click the "I want to pay by credit/debit card" link; next to the image of the Visa and Mastercard logos.
Paypal is not allowing me to pay using my credit/debit card.
This problem is often accompanied by a message stating that the card in question is already registered against a Paypal account - this is a security measure. Paypal then asks you to log in to complete payment.
At some point in the past, whilst shopping with us, or with any one of the millions of outlets that use Paypal, you may have created an account. If you were not aware of this, it's likely that the password to your Paypal account is the same as the password you used to register with our website.
To complete your purchase please try to log in to Paypal with your email address, and your chosen password. If this fails simply request a password reminder from Paypal using this link. Your password will be immediately emailed to you.
Can I pay using American Express, Visa Electron, JCB or Solo/Maestro cards?
Yes. Our payment processor, Paypal, accepts all of these methods of payment.
Can I pay using my bank account? (eCheque)
Yes. However please note that, like personal cheques, bank transfers have an associated clearing period. The exact length of time taken to clear will depend on your bank. The minimum period of time you should expect to wait for a bank transfer (eCheque) to clear is five working days. eCheques are a great option for customers who (a) don't have a payment card, (b) do not want to put the order balance on a credit card, or (c) are not in a rush for their goods.
Can I pay using a personal cheque or postal order?
We accept both cheques and POs, however there is a five day clearing period from the day we receive the cheque/PO.Your payment should be made payment payable to: BMJ Trading Ltd. Cheques made out incorrectly will be returned, resulting in a delay.
