As CherryLips says above, it is not for the faint hearted, these work but do give you stomach cramps, but if you can get through that you will be fine.
I have a body fat percentage of 11% and using these to help get it down to around the 6% mark, but you will have to do alot of hard work with them, they are not a magic pill which will burn the fat off without any effort on your part. Eat healthy, and do your cardio/weights 3 times a week and you will see the massive different. After a course of these (month) you will be already on the way of what you wanted if you do eat correctly and put the effort in you wont be disappointed, but it is up to you to work hard. Make sure you get your protien into your body, and do not take before sleeping as they will keep you awake for a bit!! Rating:

I been taking this product for a month now and seem to be steadily losing weight. My exercise regime is sometimes stilted due to work restraints but even when I don't train I either lose a pound or 2 or remain stable. A worthwhile buy.
